i’m down 20 healthy pounds. shedding the bad fat. all i did was stop eating so much fried food. the goal is to continue to eat healthy while gaining muscle! i feel 10 times better and have so much more energy to attack the day with. go scorpions ! 🦂

took it upon myself to clean up the way i was eating. on a 7 day streak of no fried food, less soda , more water , more fruits and veggies entering my body , and i’m down from 271 pounds to 260. ideally , during the season , i will walk around at a HEALTHILY BUILT 270-275.
