Last week Duke Energy teammates joined with area law enforcement agencies to pack boxes for @ServeAndConnect’s Greg’s Groceries program. A Duke Energy grant also helped support the purchase of the non-perishable food now available to families in need at local departments.

Congratulations to the Williamston Police Department and Envision Williamston on another successful back toschool event. This @DukeEnergy Foundation grant will help ensure over 200 students get the supplies they need to be ready for the new school year.

No surprise that Anderson County Emergency Management was named the 2024 Agency of the Year by the SC Emergency Management Association. This HERO grant from the @DukeEnergy foundation will support their work by funding equipment for traffic control during severe weather events.

Uninterrupted communication during emergencies is critically important to the safety of students and faculty. This @DukeEnergy HERO grant will allow the School District of Pickens County to purchase satellite phones that will keep them in contact regardless of the circumstances
