First week at Birdville HS! Starting the summer off with ISO Sandwiches. My go to when coming off breaks or going into a new situation. 3 benefits are: 1. Set a good tech standard 2. Raise intensity with out adding weight 3. Prep the tissues for higher intensity work later

This guy also got after it in 5th period football off-season on this same day! Got the CNS firing then transitioned to the diamond that evening to absolutely deal on the bump and rake at the plate!
