The iFR once properly calibrated was 0.98, no need to treat.

Solution: Pay attention to the straight blue line. The gradient never changed all the way back to the guide. This is drift, re-normalize and take new measurements.

Okay, times up! Interesting how evenly divided the choices are. Here is the IVUS of the Ostial LAD. What we see here is significant negative remodeling with a remodeling ration of less than 0.7 and a stable plaque less than 50%. Medical therapy opted.
