Great to see yet another of my young stars from a few years back stepping up to a higher level with @lucamiller27 joining @panter_2003 at Step 2. If there’s one thing in life I’m good at, it’s spotting huge potential and lads who can take teams upwards.

Always nice to get a message from a club thanking me for a recommendation of a player after he’d gone under the radar and stepped up a level then excelled. Still so many gems out there for teams brave enough to have a punt on young lads and then persevere with them.

End of yet another season. Seen some great games and outstanding performances. Still so many young gems playing in the Spartan and UCL who could easily play higher if given the opportunity and given time - most of whom I’ve given mention to. Roll on next season.

Abbey Lawn for @utdcos playoff final between @BourneTownFC and @bostontownfc. A game fitting the occasion. 1-1 then a mammoth penalty shoot out followed, with Bourne coming out on top and clinching a second successive promotion 👏.@NonLeagueCrowd.

Brunting Road the destination for the big @NPTNFootball play-off semi final. @fc_moulton v @IrchUtdFC in @SpartanSMFL. Great game with Irchester creating numerous decent chances, but Moulton prevailed 3-2. @NonLeagueCrowd.

Play-off semi-final in the @utdcos between @BourneTownFC and @AFCMansfield. Great performance from Bourne, Allen particularly, in a 4-0 win in front of a good crowd.

As another season drawing to a close, always good to see lads now playing at levels that I knew they were capable of. Hill (Boston in National league), Panter (Bedford - Step 3), Miller (Kettering - Step 3) to name just 3. So many talented young lads out there if clubs show trust.
