Today was the Northeast Delta Dental Race to the top of Vermont -- running and biking up Mt. Mansfied in Stowe. I did the "running" segment, which for me was a fast hike. Great camaraderie. Raises funds for the Tooth Tudor program / VT Head Start, and the Catamount Trail Assoc.

Last night the Arthritis Foundation Leadership meeting at Two Delta. We are already planning the Jingle Bell Runs later this year, which raise funds for arthritis research. Over 282,00 adults in NH have arthritis (doctor diagnosed) and over 1300 children under 18 are afflicted.
