Excellent listening for @Gloscricket fans before the game against Somerset this evening. Great memories of the 3 Blast games between the counties last season

If you enjoyed hearing both of the magnificent takes on this song, you may well enjoy this show about the impact of it, on some people. Warning though, you may find that have something in your eye!

Absolutely right. Big boys trying to kill football again. Credit to Bristol Rovers for calling out this dreadful decision, even though they benefited from it on Saturday. Needs to be overturned
The FA agreed to scrap FA Cup replays because of “expanded European” demands on seven elite Premier League clubs who don’t enter the Cup until the third round anyway, have big squads and some will go on post-season tours or to the Fifa Club World Cup. Such a senseless, heartless

If anyone deserves a statue erected in Bristol in his honour, it is Paul Stephenson. Rest in power.

Good to be back at Ashton Gate today after missing the last 3. Thankfully passed the fitness test and thought @BristolCity deserved their point against Leeds. Very emotional day, brilliant to see the enormous show of support for Liam Manning and his family #flyhightheo

I just finished reading The Way We Wore by @robert_elms, a journey through the sartorial changes of his (and virtually my) lifetime. Funny, informative and honest it’s a great read. I wrote about London Made Us a while back, it’s brilliant as well

I just donated to a cause that’s close to my heart. A club that has changed lives for 120 years is in trouble. They need our support to keep helping kids. Please consider giving or sharing.

Lovely to hear Matt of @UncharteredS on the @RobertElms show this morning. Sounds like a walk around one of the lesser known parts of London needs to be on our agenda, the next time we head there.
