Great advice. On the later it can be a lot of trial and error (hiring and firing). But over a long career you build a Rolodex and fill those gaps with more trusted and vetted people.
Delegate things you absolutely know how to do, or you absolutely have no idea how to do. You need to get lucky with the latter. Raj and Lily have covered a lot of my gaps throughout the years.
