perhaps if you remove the need for sheets, docs etc. as a user you don't need any of that. all you need is a chatgpt like interface. the rest is just "done for you" in the background. no?
"open source google workspace" nice idea but biggest question is always "would people actually use it" needs meet, calendar, drive, sheets, docs and what not calendar, sheets and docs are the hardest imo and then the integration landscape

GPT-5.1 is out! It's a nice upgrade. I particularly like the improvements in instruction following, and the adaptive thinking. The intelligence and style improvements are good too.
