So, how many startups did OpenAI kill today? Well, not mine. If anything, OpenAI helped us leap further in our goal of innovating medical AI at the speed of thought.

What is coming is inevitable. Either the rule breaks or the rule changes. Which one happens first? I don’t know. But I’m preparing for either.

Given the moves by OpenAI, I’m convinced of the disruption coming in healthcare due to AI. Regulators are probably screaming under their lungs as things move so fast they can’t keep up.

I’m willing to bet that healthcare queries are one of the top 5 categories of queries to ChatGPT today and OpenAI knows it. And that’s why they are doubling down on this application area.

Many doctors and professionals now rely on these models to help understand, predict, and augment their service. The reliability and safety improvements in GPT-5 are making it more indispensable for critical decisions.

We saw a moving example: a cancer patient using ChatGPT to decode biopsy results, weigh nuanced treatment options, and prepare for high-stakes conversations with her doctor. This isn’t just about automation, it’s about empowerment.

OpenAI is betting big on AI in health. The GPT-5 event highlighted how generative models are now translating complex medical jargon, supporting tough treatment decisions, and giving patients real agency in their care.

I used to wonder why this industry exists, until I found out that one of the things considered for the US O1 visa is an award or recognition in a publication. Then it made sense.

I can't count how many emails I've received that go like this;."You've been selected for the excellent entrepreneur award. We will showcase you in our prestigious magazine other x publications. Please pay us $3000 to get started".

I also wonder if we are pushing the limits now as I noticed a degraded performance, on the web app, after adding a list with more than 300 records.

While I absolutely love having everything in one place and the AI integration has been really helpful. The performance on mobile has been less desirable. Just forget about editing docs on mobile since it takes ages to load.

I've been using @clickup now with my team of 5 for the past 3 months. We pretty much use it for everything. Tasks management, Wiki and Docs, Internal meetings (Daily Stand Up), External meetings note taking, Calendar management, and recently CRM.
