I wish Mr. President had done what Gov. Sanwo-Olu is trying to do: 1. Address protesters 2. Apologize to the nation 3. #EndSARS with an executive order 4. Visit victims’ families 5. Commit to reform He would have long deescalated this. Maybe this isn’t meant to be deescalated.

Everytime I see those videos of people's stories at the candlelight thing I just get so sad and angry. And people are still dying. Even today

In the past few days, peaceful protesters have taken to the streets to exercise their constitutional rights. In these days, they have been met with bullets, tear gas, hot water and the brute force of a unit sworn to protect them. This cannot go on. #EndPoliceBrutalityinNigeria
