My commitment to those who serve, whether Canadian or American, remains unwavering, and that’s something I stand behind with pride.

Ultimately, it's about my values and the respect that I hold dear. I refuse to let political rhetoric divide me from my commitment for those who need it most, regardless of their nationality.

Helping both Canadian and American military personnel recover and heal from the physical and psychological wounds of war is a cause that should never be tainted by political differences.

Whether or not one agrees with the political climate, the well-being of our veterans and active service members is something that transcends borders. Our shared humanitarian values should guide our actions as we continue to support those who have served.

Having had the privilege of working closely with American citizens and military personnel, many of whom I consider family, I have come to understand that the bond between our two countries is far more nuanced than any political rhetoric or posturing might suggest.

While political tensions certainly exist, I believe it is crucial for me not to let them cloud the broader and more meaningful relationship between Canada and the United States.

This attention has prompted me to share my thoughts, as they touch on values and relationships that are deeply important to me.

Rising above politics I am not one to express my political views through social media, however, my recent post about the United States Marine Corps has sparked considerable attention, both positive and negative from my Canadian friends. 🧵

It all started with a simple introduction, but what I’ve built from that moment is something truly incredible. Thank you, Dad, for showing me the game that changed my life. And to everyone I’ve been able to help along the way, this is just the beginning.

What started as a simple lesson with my father turned into a mission to help people not only play better golf but to help raise millions of dollars through golf entertainment all around the world.

Little did I know, that introduction would lay the foundation for everything that followed. As I grew older, my love for the sport deepened. Golf wasn’t just a pastime, it became my path.

I still remember walking the course with him, learning how to swing the club, how to read the greens, and how to appreciate the quiet beauty of the game. He wasn’t just teaching me the mechanics of golf, he was teaching me patience, discipline, and a strong mindset.
