This is a step in the right direction, but I still 100% believe germany should be investing *heavily* in dual-purpose civilian defense / civilian aid tech. Self-driving, delivery drones, swarm tech, decision making, etc. Give people amazing things, that can be turned to civilian

This project is really cool technically. We just OSSed open souls a few days ago and people are jumping on.
Since @kevinafischer and team released opensouls to the public, I have been testing it out and was curtious if I could bring Kevin's and @okpasquale 's first AGI dog Spark to life by giving him a soul and a voice. After countless hours of coding and testing, I created Spark
