Doraemonโs English dub had the opposite effect, the top is the original Japanese version and the bottom is the English dub edit (idk why they felt the need to change his blush)
one of the oddest regional difference in tomodachi life to me is how blushing looks different in the jp release compared to the western release

Snoopy from the peanuts is debatably more popular in Japan considering there are museums about him, has rides and cafes with him as the mascot.
I like when characters end up being more popular in different countries than their home land ttp they're more associated with those cultures
