My son AJ was so excited to see @PatinkinMandy tonight at the #DrPhillipsCenter but he’s going to miss it. Just admitted to #ArnoldPalmerChildrens due to acute appendicitis and will need surgery. Very grateful the Dr Phillips Center was able to refund the tickets.

For me, the best part of Black Friday and Cyber Monday is unsubscribing from all the mailing lists I don't recall opting into.

Insurance usually is the "bad guy" in this scenario, but it seems like lately I'm fighting a two-front war with insurance on one side and doctors' offices on the other.

Each time a PCP has merged with a larger practice (in the name of cost savings, better customer service, etc) the experience has wound up being worse. Spending the morning explaining that my insurance hasn't changed and the visit only requires a copay isn't my idea of service

Evidently my oldest son is tired of me forgetting to order a replacement screen protector, so he's scheduled slack reminders to be sent to me every hour on the hour. God kids are annoying 😂

I'm not sure which has a longer wait time, getting in to see the pediatrician, or waiting on hold to schedule an appointment with the pediatrician in the first place.
