Don't get distracted by all the new AI companies that are being funded. Success is not funding, that's just fuel. When the fuel runs out, it's what's left that matters.

tl;dr: build stuff, show through a portfolio, and develop your people skills.

Employers want people who can figure things out and work well with others. If you can do that, your degree won't define you - your abilities will.

The world has changed. You can learn so much with YouTube, ChatGPT, or Replit. You can build real projects. Then show your projects through a portfolio. And that portfolio will speak louder than any certification or degree.

Universities are businesses. Their product is a degree. Their customers are students. But students want jobs, and universities aren’t incentivized to deliver that. That’s why the gap between what schools teach and what companies need gets wider every year.

After training thousands of students from around the world at TKS, the ones who end up at places like OpenAI, Tesla, DeepMind, and Apple all have one thing in common: they developed real skills through building projects.

20 years ago, a degree meant something. It was how people judged your abilities. Today, it’s just one signal among many. What actually matters now? (1) Your ability to figure things out. (2) Your character.

Schools are still teaching kids how to chop wood, pick berries, and start fires… while the rest of the world is on Uber Eats. That’s how outdated education looks in the age of AI.

If we're training unicorns to impact billions, they need to learn how to solve problems that don't have solutions yet. That's why we work with global orgs - give big problems to young people and train them how to solve them. Become comfortable with ambiguity.

Leverage is power. One line of code, one prompt, one idea, one connection can impact billions. Start. That's it. It's not as complicated as you think.

School sells safety. That's what the entire education system is built on. The future is not for people who need safety. Ironicly, if you play it safe, you'll lose. Surround yourself with mentors who’ve built empires, not cubicles. Seek truth, not applause.

Problems = Opportunities. Climate, health, inequality... solve it with tech, not talk. The smallest action today beats a perfect plan tomorrow. Someone will solve the problem you care about, why can't it be you?

This new world we're in is for builders. Learn to code, hack biology, or master AI. Not for grades, but to bend reality. A 15-year-old can now outsmart a PhD with the right tools and thought process.

Real growth isn’t silent. It starts when you share before you’re ready. You don’t need permission, classrooms, or certs to build your future. At TKS, students learn by doing, posting ideas, launching projects and growing in public. Apply by Aug 17:
