When contacted the customer agent he/she said you will get it returned easily . again delivery agent says verify tag option is there and the customer executive says we have placed your return or f* replacement without tag. You will now be able to get it return. #badservice

Got this item delivered on 23 february. Without even trying and just seeing the product I contacted customer care then and there the same day. Its been fifth time now my return is not getting done.
