CMC's home, which has stood for more than 50 years, is currently being considered for renovation under UP's 2026 budget proposal. However, as of press time, no final updates have been made regarding the renovation works and their allocation.

The state weather bureau is currently monitoring three low pressure areas (LPA), two of which are inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. The LPA located 1,140 km east of Central Luzon has a "high" chance of developing into a tropical depression.
