After receiving a generic email response from @JDhelpteam they have still not given me a refund nor given any indication when I will receive my money back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Quick to take hard earned money but will not give it back! 😡

Ordered my son new holiday clothes on 6/8/20 from JD Sports @JDhelpteam never received the order. I have rang 3 times to request a refund but still not received a penny!! I keep being fobbed of with there’s a technical error. Customer service appalling!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!😡
