…and this week we also have the apoarent selling off to yet another closed book of some, but crucially not all Landmark accounts. Possibly an attempt to continue the exploitation of less murky agreements through a “clean” lender after judgements or enquiries have passed.

Curious @mortgageprison events coming from the Whistletree @TSB direction. Have they received an unfavourable legal opinion or are they running scared before the proposed enquiry shows #vulturefunds for what they really are and have done to 200k UK mortgage holders?

Maybe you can help shed light on this @SimonCalder ? Is there any reason both DFDS & Irish Ferries are not allowing bookings from Dover past 5th Jan 2025, but P&O are ? No one at DFDS seems to know when I try to amend a booking
