My earliest tech interview asked me to describe 10 flags of ls. That pales in comparison of asking about sudo -v !!.
It is impractical to have trick questions during job interviews without looking up documentation. I bet all of you are capable to find the answer and figure out how to use “sudo -v”. I have 20 years of experience and learned this flag yesterday 🤷♂️.
