I can no longer access content that has been and continues to be meaningful for 20 years because of changes that I didn't initiate. @Meta support seems to keep copying and pasting the same responses and seemingly not read my message as to why I can't do what I'm asked to do.

Losing access to a @facebook account I've had since 2005 means that a place for personal connections and memories are just gone. And, paradoxically, the recent "professional mode" which caused all these problems was something I welcomed because I also use it for my work.

I would be happy to verify my identity using my IDs. I have tried my passport and driver's license. The first and only time it went through, it was immediately rejected. Every time since, the system will not let it upload. And the kicker is THAT comes up as an option RARELY.

When I worked with @Meta Verified Support (which I paid for thinking they would help me regain access), they said to change my password...which meant I lost access to the places I still had access even with the 2FA issue. Since then, nothing has worked and it's like a doom loop.

...after that, my 2FA stopped working because it changed my username ever so slightly (i.e. removing .'s from my name). This made 2FA not work. I was still logged into to my account from a couple locations so I still had access, but I couldn't change anything.

Realized today that @DelawareBASE isn’t free anymore. The kids loved to go to these games. A big family means we won’t be regulars this year. Not sure the rationale, but charging players’ parents and a few random fans seems unfortunate for @UDelaware sports.
