Have seen this play out first hand. I get asked what has been key to the success of our program and other athletic programs at Vincent. Our guys buying into the weight room is it. Much appreciation to @CoachW74 for investing his time into developing our program for all our guys.
Love this! The weight room is so much more than just lifting weights. Itโs a toughness chamber! .On a side note: get powerful, explosive & strong. but also be sure to maintain flexibility. stretch with purpose often. Range of motion is critical in baseball.
