@timmyisanerd I usually add/substitute things to the recipes I get from those mum blogs... My favourite thing to add (for quick breads at least) is molasses... Regular bread I use honey instead of sugar to proof yeast, & I use monk fruit sweetener for my cakes,cookies, & pies instead of sugar
