Do not believe anything @Gametime tells you. Literally worst sports experience I’ve ever had. Brought kids to game with “guaranteed customer happiness” seats. Nope. Couldn’t get in game.

Why to not take the “cheap” @SouthwestAir flight… it ends up with you having to rent a car and drive 6 hours, stay at a crappy hotel, pay for hotel reservation you didn’t get to use. But you get $15 in food credit so a family of four can split a Whopper. #WannaGetAway.

… @SouthwestAir need a direct corporate number to contact to discuss the customer experience my family has been dealing with. Literally the worst airlines experience I have ever encountered.
