Yup, e1 dahlia eats %25 of the toughness bar from the enemy and makes everyone do break dmg before breaking it PLUS the dance partner gaining a 40% boost, she’s crazy good for her and the biggest jump in e0 to e1 (even better then Lingaha’s e0-e1 jump) so yes, ABSOLUTELY worth it
