Linking the design to construction, our team builds sophisticated models to millimeter precision that account for manufacturing and installation tolerances of mass timber structures. These virtual models factor in every screw, connection, and penetration on a project.

Mass Timber makes for a beautiful recreational space. Typically, we see gyms as sterile, liminal spaces comprised of concrete and steel. This gym in the Ascent Tower in Milwaukee, WI, is an excellent example of natural materials in these spaces. #masstimber

Scary CLT! 🕸 🦇 🎃 . Happy Halloween from the Timberlab team. We thought we'd have fun with some cross-laminated timber panels we're flying at a job here in Oregon. Extra dreary Pacific Northwest rain created quite a spooky spectacle! CLT Panels by @KalesnikoffTeam.

"Eventually, an array of engineered wood products—curved beams, chunky columns, slats, and many other construction components—is laser-cut using CNC machines that look like they belong in aircraft assembly plants rather than sawmills.":.
