Some of this should sound familiar to those who have read silk before. I've combined elements of the earth 65 version of her into her backstory because I personally think she too was affected by Gwen using the cosmic cube in all new spider-gwen!

She's basically in her year one in my portrayal. The Black Cat stuff is recent. Albert wasn't involved. She's attending night classes at ESU to get her GED. Has a pretty close friendship - relationship with Gwen Stacy (@/drummingdoll), who she recently joined a band with.

I draw a lot of influence from my favorite asian-american media for her retelling Better Luck Tomorrow being a huge factor. The Moons were affluent scientists, well off enough to not be involved much in their children's lives, but still hold expectations for them both.
