The other day, my son (he is 5) told me he wanted to make buildings when he grows up. I told him to do that, he needs to get really good at math and numbers. His response? "But I'm already really good with numbers."

Everyone knows I am a stickler for language, but enough with all the articles about "checking in" versus "circling back" and various other phrases. Just say what you mean. As long as you can say it simply and directly, that is most of the battle right there.
