Some standing throws. We had our mock/pre-meet today. I threw 210. Goal is 220-230 end of year!

Junior Year Goal: 175 .Junior Year Outcome: 197’00. Senior Year Goal: 215’00.Senior Year Outcome: 🔜. My throwing form continues to improve, just need to work on foot movement. Also, I need to get stronger, faster & more flexible. 💪💪💪.

Summer meet. 191’4 . Decent, but could have done better. I swear 2 of my warm up throws were at least 8-10 feet further. Need to throw less in warm ups… haha. Also much more difficult to throw on grass 🙌

New PR 🙌🙌. - 197’00. Todays meet was decent. I definitely have 200-205 in the tank. Just need to get enough throws to do it. Only had 3 throws today no finals. Progress is progress!!! 🧪. #javelin #pr #olympics #ncaa #track #field

State Meet. Huge PR at states, placed first in javelin with a throw of 186’7. That’s a 10 foot PR! Next goal is to win state opens 🙌.

Conference Meet . Javelin: 175’9 (first place).Long Jump: 20’6.5 (first place).Discus: 127’9 (second place). Didn’t get the 180 that I wanted in Jav but wasn’t the day. Had to throw after jumping. Good day!
