My understanding is that most of this or all of it was caught on video. Rarely is video released to the public or the media this early, so I would not expect it. I’ve also been told by two sources that the victim is 69-years-old.

Police say Mark Sanchez was arrested at the hospital for battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication, all which are misdemeanors. Sanchez is still in the hospital and has not been booked.

Obviously take this with a grain of salt, but this Reddit user who was the first to publicly claim that Mark Sanchez was stabbed (the TMZ link was added in later) also stated that he “heard [Sanchez] may be arrested when he’s released from the hospital”.
