@AndyLackie Couple of points on that: i) If you start out paying profit shares yearly, it should smooth out any good/bad month bumps you get from business not being steady. ii) If things are going badly (low/no profit) then the payouts reflect this, so you're protected

@kasey__moore Essentially we earmark a % of our operating profit every year as 'the pot', this is then divided between the team and weighted on their primarily on days employed and secondarily on salary. People start accruing now as soon as they pass probation (no longer a 1 year wait).
