Thanks @oscarbenidorm for pointing out exports in Spanish language are broken on the csv, all the latin characters present utf issues, like ÁáÉéÍíÓó ... and so on

@oscarbenidorm Thanks @TomBool highlighting example where some caching may be happening cross-regionally. Will look into it.

@oscarbenidorm @TomBool Investigated this further. There was actually no cross-regional caching. While they looked American, they were the actual correct results being returned in the UK SERP (the order of clicking affects results + there is some randomisation).
