biggest problem -rookie mistake π
- is that i started working right away on code from 5 years ago thinking it was synced with the github repo. only when i broke it completely and wanted to go back to the previous version i realised i had nuked the only working version

I decided to bring it back to life. of course after so many years, #threejs has changed a lot, and a few things had to be updated. it seems to be working more or less the same, even though i've had to rewrite a few parts
going through my old folder, i think i never released this #threejs particle system that i made for JSConf EU 2019. i forgot to do something interesting with it.

without getting into the merits of vibe-coding or coding with LLMs, i feel like there's a worrying similarity between the way they're used and the gambling/slot machine experience. it looks too much like a dopamine compulsion loop.
