@vizion_network @MotorclaimGuru Post 3 RR4 this is an Aviva claim through @vizion_network. Repairer completed ADAS but not paid for it as he has a duty of care under the IIR. Do the insurers not have to play be the same rules? How many other instances of this behaviour are there? @BBCNews @itvnews

Post 2 RR4. Engineers from @vizion_network told repairer that he was not going to pay for the reset as the MB method did not state that ADAS was required after a rear toe adjustment. Tbh I'm gobsmacked at this level of idiot behavior. name will be published @MotorclaimGuru

Post 1 RR4 heard some disturbing news today. @vizion_network are actively not paying repairers for ADAS resets. Our example was a repairer who adjusted the rear toe, completed an ADAS reset on a MB. @bodyshopmag @NBRA_ORG @abpclub @BritishInsurers

RR4 Real repairers are having some meaningful discussions with @AudatexUK at the moment regarding the bill. Seems they are over charging some of our colleagues on the overall bill. Check your bills!!!!! Don't leave it to the accounts department.
