@mandm @sainsburys And another order. This time with @_Railcards. I'd had issues with an application, but they looked to resolve and after a phone call earlier, it's resolved already. Quicker than envisaged.

So that's two huge orders with @mandm following their amazing customer service skills. Whereas @sainsburys are still getting loads of hate. It's amazing what good service and ownership to cust svc problems achieves.

Wow! What a difference. Issues with @mandm and an order sorted within 20mins of me getting in touch (doesn't look like they do twitter/X these days). @sainsburys on the other hand... Been waiting since January for them to sort an issue with an order. Credit where it's due.
