So sad to hear of the loss of my dear friend, John Lodge. When I was getting names together for my 'Cocktails' podcast series a while ago, John was one of the first I asked. Such a lovely man. RIP x

18 September - in 1968 one of my rare visits into Abbey Road studios happened for the recording of 'Birthday'. Yoko was there singing backing vocals with me and I remember going to Paul's house around the corner to watch a movie at some point during the evening, too

I so enjoyed being in Ludlow last weekend - such a lovely town to visit. And a big thank you to those who attended my show at Ludlow Assembly Rooms on Saturday evening. I was pleased to meet some of you afterwards at what was quite a hectic signing session, too! Lots of fun!
