make no mistake, intel sincerely supports overclocking. "todays overclocking is tomorrow's spec" when ddr5 first came to intel z690, intel por was set to 4800mhz (spec) for 12th. at that time even xmp6000 was barely stable for 24/7. now arrow lake refresh por spec is 7200mhz.
