I need to raise $10k in 2 weeks. Not only is this crazy, itโs slightly impossible. I need it in sponsorships, partnerships and support so I can bring my idea to life. CTNG House by @TheCreative_Hut would happen eventually โค๏ธ Iโd try again, maybe not soon, but definitely one
To God, I wish I had enough money to bet on myself. On the verge of loosing my shit for the 2nd time this month. Soon sha, and even if not soon, one day โค๏ธ

And that's the strategy. I've been studying Web3 growth for months now, and there are patterns everywhere if you know where to look. If you found this useful: โ Follow me, I'd be doing this weekly ๐ Retweet and share ๐ ๐ฌ Comment the next project I should dissectโจ

If you're building anything in Web3, steal this: Keep competitions short and exciting Quality > quantity when scoring content Show up for early supporters, even retroactively Choose partners who actually bring their people Build around competition, not just add it on

So what happened? 22K โ 92K in 90 days. Threads regularly pulling 100K+ views. Posts getting more engagement than accounts 10x their size. Not because they had a better product.... Because they understood one thing: People need a reason to stay. Give them a *game*.

Here's the thing about most Web3 projects: They overthink everything. Agencies, AMAs, Discord raids, the whole thing. Xeet asked one question: "How do we get people to actually talk about us? "Their answer? Make them rich Or at least give them the dopamine hit of trying to.

Their posting strategy was actually genius in its simplicity. They kept it focused. Tournament announcements and shoutouts when people won. None of that "exciting news coming soon ๐" stuff. Just straight up: "$10K on the table. You in or not?"

The play that won everyone over: They dropped retroactive rewards for early supporters. Zero announcement. Just "hey, you were here before everyone else, here's your bonus." People went FERAL. Loyalty isn't bought. It's recognized!

And the partnerships? Chef's kiss. They teamed up with hot projects (Solana, gaming tokens, DeFi protocols) and ran joint tournaments. Each one brought thousands of new users who stuck around because.. well they were already competing. Every partnership multiplied their reach.

But here's where it gets smart: They didn't just reward the whales. Small creators with 500 followers could win too if their content was fire. The AI judged content quality, not follower count. So everyone felt like they had a shot.

The psychology here is insane. When you give something away for free, people feel entitled. When you make them *earn* it, they become obsessed. Xeet literally had creators checking leaderboards at 3am. That's not marketing. That's addiction design.

Here's the setup: Instead of "post and we'll give you tokens eventually" they said: "Post your best stuff. We'll score it with AI. Top creators win actual money in 2 weeks." Then they ran 15+ tournaments in 90 days. Different prizes. Diff partners. Same result: everyone wanted in

Think about every failed Web3 project you've seen. They all do the same thing: airdrop tokens, watch people dump, then wonder why no one stayed. Xeet did something wild instead. They made people *compete* for rewards. And suddenly, everyone was paying attention.

I just spent 6 hours reverse engineering how Xeet 4x'd their audience in 3 months. No ads. No bots. Didn't hire influencers. Just one psychological hack that every other Web3 project is missing: People don't want handouts. They want to earn it. Thread ๐งต๐
