Enjoyed watching this talk by 1 of our founding engineers at @themarkovcorp - @oribernstein. Ori's talk was meant for an engineering audience, so it's contents go deeper into the pieces of our planning and control algorithms than I spoke about at SKS 2018

Sometimes the simplest examples say more than complex ones. We @themarkovcorp have developed #LEVELOven, only device that cooks multiple items of food to different temperatures by steering (RF) heat. Fast+precise unlike a Microwave. Check this out: https://t.co/mUQ2ZhVPGV.

Here's a link to the talk I gave at @SmartKitchenCon on how we used #grandchallenges to solve hard problems in #cooking. Lot's of rockets exploding in it. 😜 You can tell I'm a big @SpaceX fan...

"So what grand challenge are you going to set for yourself?" - think I'm finally done with my talk for @SmartKitchenCon. The title of my talk is "Innovating the hard way: How hard-tech companies solve real problems in cooking". Teaser of my final slide:

Hanae (our 1st lab team member) is leaving @themarkovcorp to pursue her higher studies. She was a really important part of our company and we are going to miss having her genuine, kind, cheerful, thoughtful, responsible presence around us. She helped shape our company culture.

Today was the last day of our intern Jack, whom the team christened "King of wings" (among many other things, he worked on Level'ing chicken wings). Here he is with our awesome testing team. We've had great interns at Markov the last 2 summers. We are going to miss you Jack.

Thanks for the great work in just a month Ethan and Matt. You guys did a lot in just a month of the #MIT IAP externship https://t.co/EcQfPjbgiu. You lived up to the expectations we had, and we'd sponsor externs again if they're as productive as you two were! :)
