The craziest part about today wasn’t that the AI worked. It’s that some guests forgot it was AI.

The wedding’s over. The AI ran the show. No crashes. No chaos. Guests messaged Festa like it was a human concierge. The future of coordination just quietly happened.

AI is only impressive when it moves atoms, not just words. Festa is where tokens meet tables and timelines. Guests, vendors, schedules, all in sync.

10 months ago, Festa was just a prompt on my laptop. Today, it just finished coordinating a real wedding. Zero press. Zero ads. Just code, conviction, and caffeine.

5 years at Amazon taught me how to reduce latency in AI systems. Now I’m applying that same principle to human coordination. Weddings, parties, conferences, all under 2 seconds.

That insight would drive my next core project: turning Festa’s AI from a prototype into a battle-tested architecture.

Our prototype’s prompt system was naive — fast, but untested. We needed evals to make it robust for real weddings.
