People don’t tell you that saying no is actually a trust building process with yourself. The first time you quit a job, end a relationship, choose to follow your passion, or simply stop doing something you don’t like—all of those little no’s build into confidence over time.
The first time you have to say no to something big it feels terrifying, but the next time it won’t be as bad. The time after that will be even less scary. The more you say no, the stronger that inner trust, the louder your gut instincts, the easier it is to find where you belong.

HEEEEAVY, Kaya.
The power of speaking “no” to others and anything not serving you will clear plenty of room for the plate of “yes” we all crave.
Love this.

why do people online overexplain simple concepts? The higher your self-esteem, the less inclined you are of accepting anything. it is that simple…
@YinHatake
Happy that it’s simple for you, but it’s not for others (me included). There’s nothing wrong with finding new ways to say important messages so everyone understands 🫶🏾
