@RichardHoiles Easy to sort out the ruling. Show this to 100punters(who know nothing about riding and horses😉), 100Bookies, 100trainers, 100jockeys. Get their opinion and give the results to the NTF (not BHA) to write the rules and then give it to the BHA who will them definitely screw it up!
