$TGTX let's not get too excited by today's move. If you recall, prior to earnings, someone bought 8,000 of November $28 puts, for $1. Probably, someone trusting the chartist The MM in return shorted a large amount of shares, depending on the delta at the time.

$DAWN they are closing their November calls. That's what caused the sudden drop. They closed all 7,000 OI of November $7. That's why i don't follow them anymore, i sell to them.

What's interesting, $22 is the highest strike open interest for January 2026, almost 13K. The nearest OI is $30 with 3,700.

I was intrigued by the $TGTX January 2026 $22 call buying. It appears they started to buy big in July and never stopped. They started at $16 per contract and keep adding all the way down to $6.65 and back to $9 now.
