Really wish I'd looked on Twitter before ordering a sofa from @SofologyHelp If it takes you 2 weeks to reply to most tweets, it's clear that your customer service is non-existent. My sofa should have arrived 2 weeks ago (after a 12 week wait) - no update, no phone-call, no text.
