Questions... If (when) I bottle this, what ABV should I select? I'm toying with 50-55% for the main release, with a limited number (likely in a smaller format bottle) at the 'from the cask' strength of 71.1%. N.B. At least you selected green for your photoshopping ;)

Harder, better, faster, stronger
What a bottle! Some shared with folks in places including London, Suffolk, and Kent. All agreed, it was 'nice'. I'd go further and say, pennies willing, I will get another. Superb blended malt from berbs English stock. Chalky, fruity, buttery with honey 👏 🥃
