She‘s not afraid of the wait anymore for she knows that God will open doors, beautiful and perfect in their time.

You may not be able to see where you are headed, but I can assure you, God can. And He is holding your hand. He is breathing life into every part of the present and the future and He will not forget to bring things together, exactly the way they are supposed to be.

Dear God, I pray I will find peace in knowing You have a plan for my life. I pray that You will keep my heart strong and my eyes fixed on You, because even though so many things haven’t worked out lately, I know that when I am with in You, I have something to look forward to.

Put your hand over your heart and take a deep breath. Think about the way your heart beats and how it continues to beat, even when you’re tired. Even when you’re crying, and even when you feel completely numb to the world around you, God is keeping you breathing for a reason.

One day you will wake up and you will be so glad you did not settle. You will be so glad you did not give up. You will be so glad you did not sync yourself to someone else’s pace and you chose instead to anchor yourself in the steady rhythm of grace.

It is okay to have desires, but we should always desire to see God's plan revealed to us all the more, because it is only what He gives that will prepare us for what's in store.

Dear God, I pray I will find peace in knowing You have a plan for my life. I pray that You will keep my heart strong and my eyes fixed on You, because even though so many things haven’t worked out lately, I know that when I am with in You, I have something to look forward to.

Remember how far you have come and all of the beautiful things God has already done, and may that serve as sweet assurance that His grace will be sufficient, no matter what happens.

Hold on and keep being faithful. Don't allow yourself to become disheartened by the people that seem to keep moving ahead while you feel the most stagnant. You may have to work a little harder or wait a little longer but in Jesus’ name, none of it will be in vain.

When you find yourself trying to put into words what you never thought you‘d have to say, and you are saying goodbye to things you never imagined would go away, perhaps this can be the moment you collapse into grace: glorious unmerited favor that says even here, you’ll be okay.

Keep your eyes open. Keep your heart open, too. Dare to trust that God will lead you right where He intents to lead you.

There will be people who do not care to know you on a deeper level, but that doesn’t take anything away from your depth. That doesn’t take away from the deeply rooted Purpose running wild within you, and all that God is preparing for you to experience up ahead.

Even in the waiting, she has this deeply rooted faith that when things do not make sense, God still makes a way.

Waiting is difficult, but it becomes possible when you choose to wait with Him, knowing that your hope is still secured no matter what has or has not happened.

one day you will wake up and all of the waiting will have made sense. you will realize that all of the prayers that seemed tangled in worries were actually wrapped tightly in God’s grace.

I cannot tell you where tomorrow will lead, or what will be difficult or what will come with ease, but I can tell you, you are Loved, and you will have what you need, and you are still being guided right where you need to be.

Darkness thought it had me, but it did not know my God. It did not know the story God would write for me to tell.

Now more than ever, I am reminded O Lord that I need you like water. I need you more than the breath I breathe. I need your guidance and your grace to make it through absolutely everything.

Thank you Lord for provision. Thank you for showing up in ways that I was not expecting. Thank you for being my source of endless Light in my overwhelming darkness, and being my comfort when I need you the most.

When fear has risen within her, she will raise her hands even higher, taking deep and careful breaths, as the daylight reminds her: She is guided. She is seen. And by grace she will make it through all of these things.

One of the beautiful things that prayer does is that it invites us, in this busy, chaotic life, to just pause. To pause and just be in the presence of God, with God, even before we know what He will say or do.
