Backstage Interviews With Shelton Benjamin: In the summer of 2019, shelton would be asked questions about upcoming events and well, he would just weirdly stare around the room and then walk off out of shot with a smile on his face. This lasted 3-4 weeks with no explanation.
TJ Perkins “Retro Video Game Character”: WWE didn’t fully explain why TJ was played to the ring by tunes that wouldn't sound out of place in classic NES games and therefore the audiences didn’t understand his passion for retro video games and began to boo him.
Joseph Park As The Statistician For Aj Styles: Only because this lasted all of 3 weeks, these 2 had great chemistry on screen after the pair previously worked in TNA, and if it wasn’t for omos, this pairing could have gone on a bit longer.
Aleister Black “Dark Father”: Unforgivable how this played out, weeks of intriguing vignettes and then finally appears on smackdown by attacking big e, black then gets released a week or two later.
Dolph Ziggler’s “Parody” Gimmick: In the summer of 2017, ziggler would mock the entrances of past and present wwe wrestlers and claimed that fans only cared about elaborated entrances and not in-ring performances. Ziggler has stated that this was the worst time of his career.
