@andrewcareaga interviewed me about Dad Lit, writing, and the pod. His questions were great and really captured what I am trying to do. Give it a read!.

I think the future will be micro investment structure. Similar to Kickstarter, but instead there will be monetary returns. Author -editor teams will pitch the manuscript and you will pay for a finished copy+ invest in other aspects of production. Royalties will be paid out using.
There will be no new generation of "indie" publishers and "based" small presses. It's being tried. It will fail. Perhaps quickly, more likely slowly and with a few notable successes staving off the inevitable for a while. But it will fail. Authors will either learn to.

I found @EchoChamYT on youtube a while ago. One of his terrific suggestions is that we should have more writing contests for boys to introduce a competitive spirit of excellence - similar to video games, sports, etc. I think the Dad Lit Pod should sponsor one of these. I just.
Quite a good article by me - if you can withstand the autoplay vids with people who sound like Robot Head:.Top literary prize picks battle with non-existent enemy as it fights 'male gender bias' via @SkyNewsAust.

RT @Perez_Writes: S*bstack is just a place where anyone can write whatever they want. I think that's fine. Don't get the hate.

I don't actually mind men being monsters in entertainment, though I find it kind of lazy. What I would ultimately like more, are men who are competent in contesting the monsters. A perfect example is the old River Wild with Meryl Streep where she competently transits rapids and.
Someday there is going to be a reckoning on our culture’s grotesque demonization of men. It’s amazing that we, who are supposedly anti-bigotry, ever came to this. Today @unherd .
