Scoping builds for clients has been difficult But Notebook LM has helped our team so much. We record all of our conversations with Fireflies, upload those transcripts (via some @coda_hq automations) to a google doc Then build a "library" of all interactions with a client

Do I ignore my inbox for days at a time because its too overwhelming? No - not anymore! Superhuman has not made me super. But it sure does calm the chaos of a full inbox every day and thats worth its weight in gold, or silver, or something very very shiny at the very least.

I immediately bought a pro-annual subscription for my entire team. I thought I would really miss Spark after having fallen in love with it for so long, but now only 1 week into using Superhuman and Im never going back. Do I reach inbox zero every day? Yes - yes I do.
